If you would like a student to have In-Class Support Funding in 2019 please make a nomination. Cluster 7 In-Class Support nomination packs are available by emailing ICS.Auckland@education.govt.nz

Reminder to all Secondary School SENCOs, Learning Support Co-ordinators, Principal Nominees, RTLB and MoE Special Needs Advisors about the Special Assessment Conditions (SAC) Seminar that will be presented at the RTLPB Offices at 155 New North Road, Eden Terrace on Friday, 7 September 2018 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.
The presenters are Gabe Sorensen (School Relationship Manager and SAC coordinator, School Quality Assurance and Liaison, NZQA) and/or Paul Smith (School Relationship Manager and SAC coordinator, SQAL, NZQA).

All Secondary SENCO are reminded of the Secondary SENCO Forum on the 30th of August from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm at the RTLB Offices at 155 New North Road, Eden Terrace.

The Primary SENCo Forum will be held next week Thursday, 23 August. The meeting will start at 1:00 pm with a mix and mingle for SENCo's and RTLB.

The ICS moderation panel have identified the 25 additional students to have ICS in Term 3 & 4, 2018. We have emailed the lists to the Ministry of Education.
We have emailed SENCOs and Liaisons our the names of the students we have recommended have ICS in Terms 3 & 4, 2018. The MoE will officially inform schools of outcome by end of week 9, Term 2.

Students who were unsuccessful have been placed on a waitlist.
If students declined for ICS are not current RTLB cases we suggest referrals be made for RTLB to support. Please discuss this further with your RTLB Liaison person.
